Carnival Tropicale™ – Tropical Vibes Meet Carnival Fun
The name Carnival Tropicale™ pays tribute to the legendary MS Tropicale while also marking the beginning of a whole new era. As the fifth and final Excel-class ship, Carnival Tropicale™ combines tropical flair with spectacular experiences, innovative dining and the unmistakable Carnival Fun. Starting in 2028, set sail from Galveston for a vacation filled with sunshine, action and unforgettable moments.
What can you look forward to on board? Plenty of highlights across six unique zones – first and foremost Sunsation Point, the new family experience area. Here, Carnival WaterWorks Ultra, Carnival’s largest and especially family-friendly water park, offers plenty of thrills with six exciting water slides and two splash areas. Add to that the family raft rides SunSoaker and Turning Tides, Racing Currents, Mini Racers and many more adventures.
Carnival Tropicale™ also sets new culinary standards. At Uku Lei Lei, Hawaiian specialties meet Asian influences, while Fetaccine combines Greek and Italian flavors. Emeril's Coastal Seafood brings fresh seafood and modern coastal cuisine on board. And of course, popular Carnival favorites such as Shaq's Big Chicken™, Guy's Burger Joint™, BlueIguana Cantina™ and Seafood Shack™ are also waiting to be discovered.
For relaxing moments, Summer Landing and Lido offer the perfect setting. Enjoy pools and hot tubs, Guy's Pig & Anchor Smokehouse | Brewhouse, the RedFrog® Tiki Bar with its South Pacific flair, as well as Street Eats with international street food creations. At Grand Central, an impressive atrium awaits you with 14-meter-high LED screens and 1,400 color-changing lights, accompanied by live entertainment, bars, restaurants and popular venues such as Piano Bar 88™ and Punchliner Comedy Club™.
